The Center for Advising and Career Development (CACD) offers a number of training opportunites for WSU advisors.
Advisor Certification Training (Level 1)
Level 1 Advisor Certification Training provides both new as well as seasoned advisors with a clear, consistent knowledge base in order to ensure excellence in advising at WSU.
Advisor Certification Training (Level 2)
Level 2 Advisor Certification Trainings build on Level 1 training, providing both new and seasoned advisors an in-depth look at various advising topics. Please note: You must complete Level 1 training before attending Level 2 trainings.
WebCAT Training
WebCAT is a web-based advising tool for WSU academic advisors. It provides access to demographic information, as well as grades, test scores and other information necessary to advise undergraduate students. Training is required to access WebCAT.
